Why doesn’t Starbucks let customers pour their own coffee?

Starbucks is apparently testing letting its customer pour their own coffee at some stores. This sounds like a pretty good idea to me. It would take away some of the work that baristas have to do and let them focus on making espresso drinks. Anyone working at a store that is part of this or have pictures of the new setup?
